• School day begins: 8.45am 
• Registration begins 8.50am
• Registration closes 9.00am
• Break: KS1 10.15 – 10.30am
• Break: KS2 10.30- 10.45am
• Lunch: 12.00 – 12.50pm
• End of day:  3.15pm

This totals to 32.5 hours per week.

Hours Spent on Teaching During the Week

The school has a curriculum document that sets out our long term planning. 

Please note our teaching time per week is 21 hours and 55 in total for EYFS/KS1 and 23 hours and 30 minutes for KS2.

Arrival at school

Children are welcome to go straight to class at 8.45am. Pupils attending Before School Club will be taken directly to class. The school security doors will remain locked until 8.40am. We respectfully request that parents leave the school premises promptly in order to facilitate a prompt start to lessons.

Before School Club

We offer Before School Club each day from 8am.

After School Club

We offer After School Club until 6pm each day. 

Arriving late or leaving early

Children arriving to school late or leaving early should always be signed in at reception. This is very important for health and safety reasons.

Playtime

The children play on the playgrounds including the adventure area and are supervised by teaching staff and teaching assistants. Weather permitting, the school field is also used throughout the year.
