At Wiveliscombe Primary School, we aim to inspire children's curiosity about the world and develop their understanding of people, places and environments. Through our Geography curriculum, children build their knowledge of their local area, the wider world and the physical and human processes that shape it. They develop geographical skills through exploring maps and atlases, using geographical information, asking questions and investigating different places and environments. As children progress through school, they build on their knowledge and make connections between their learning and the world around them.
