At Wiveliscombe Primary School, we use the SCARF programme to support a broad and engaging PSHE curriculum. Through age-appropriate lessons, discussions and activities, children develop their understanding of relationships, health and wellbeing, safety, rights and responsibilities and living in the wider world. Learning is carefully sequenced so that children can build on their prior knowledge, develop confidence and resilience and make informed, respectful and responsible choices. We aim for all children to become happy, healthy and confident individuals who understand themselves, value their relationships with others and contribute positively to their school and wider community.
